any kind of scams, investment scheme like chit fund scheme or money circulation
schemes. And also informed to general public that our company do not take any
kind of registration/joining fee for becoming a direct seller/distributor of the
company.
We hereby further informed to general
public that our company is engaged into the business of direct selling through
its direct seller as stated in object clause of memorandum of association (MOA)
of the company.
We are also engaging in the marketing
or sales of goods directly to the end user consumer on MRP or below the MRP
using word of mouth, publicity, display and/or demonstration of the
goods/products, and/or distribution of pamphlets.
We also declare that we have not given
assurance or promise to its direct seller/customer for any kind of income
against the product purchased by the respective customer. Although, the direct
seller shall be eligible for the sales incentives depending upon the volume of
business done by him/her as per terms and condition of the company incentive
policy and comply the guidelines issued by the Govt. of India in respect of
direct selling with its true spirits and objects.
It is hereby also informed to the general public that our company does not take responsibility for any kind of false commitment / promises / representation made by any distributors, direct seller / customer on behalf of the company.
