Before joining us, please read the terms and conditions and privacy policies carefully. The following terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy, govern the relationship with you in relation to this web portal. As per govt. guidelines & rules, KYC (Know Your Customer) is compulsory. Any identity card like Aadhar card, PAN card for KYC. It is necessary to provide a front copy of the bank passbook or canceled cheque to receive your sales commission.
The company is engaged in the business of selling/marketing the products either manufactured by itself or a third party under its own trademark, which are displayed on its website through online sales, on or below the MRP as mentioned therein.
- It is mandatory to purchase any one product with a minimum of 25BV to activate the Business ID.
- It is mandatory to sponsor/sell at least 2 products with a minimum of 25BV for Team A & 25BV for Team B to receive your group matching commissions.
- As per company rules, new registration/joining will be free, and you can earn only on Business 3 IDs; income from other IDs will be automatically set to zero.
- If you do not submit your KYC within 3 months from the date of joining, your ID will be suspended.
- Your ID will be terminated if you do not make any purchases for 6 months from the date of joining.
- As per govt. guidelines, 5% TDS charge will be deducted from your income.
- Daily closing commissions will be paid every 24 hours, and month-end commissions will be made in the first week of every month.
- As per the company’s incentive rules, a Business ID activated by 25BV will have 100BV Pair capping from 12am to 12pm and 12pm to 12am. A 50BV activated ID will have 200BV pair capping, and 100BV will have 300BV pairs capping in a 24-hour period.
- It is mandatory to make a re-purchase every month for Promoters & above leaders according to company terms: PROMOTER - 100 RBV, SILVER - 200 RBV, GOLD - 300 RBV, etc.
- Any dispute will be subject to Bilaspur Chhattisgarh jurisdiction.
- The company may modify the terms and conditions as required, with other terms governed by the company policy.
