CONDITIONS
Before joining us, please read
the terms and conditions and privacy policies carefully. The following terms
and conditions, together with our privacy policy, govern the relationship with
you in relation to this web portal. As per govt. guidelines & rules, KYC
(Know Your Customer) is compulsory. KYC Mandatory documents are Aadhar card,
PAN card & Bank passbook or Cancelled cheque required to receive your sales
incentive.
The company is engaged in the
business of selling/marketing the products either manufactured by itself or a
third party under its own trademark, which are displayed on its website through
online sales, on or below the MRP as mentioned therein.
- It is mandatory to purchase any one product with a
minimum of 250 BV to activate the Business User ID.
- It is mandatory to sell at least 2 products with a
minimum of 250 BV for Team A & 250 BV for Team B to receive your group
incentive.
- As per company rules, new registration/joining will
be free, and you can earn only on 3 Business User ID’s. Incentive from
other ID’s will be automatically set to zero.
- If you do not submit your KYC within 3 months from
the date of joining, your User ID will be suspended.
- Your User ID will be terminated if you do not make
any purchase for 1 year from the date of joining.
- As per govt. guidelines, 2% TDS charge will be
deducted from your incentive.
- Daily closing incentive will be paid every 24 hours,
and month-end commissions will be made in the first week of every month.
- As per the company’s incentive rules, The Closing
cycle from 12am to 12pm and 12pm to 12am (12-12 hrs Slot). If a User ID
activated by 250 BV will have 1000BV Pair capping, a User ID activated by
500 BV will have 2000BV Pair capping and a User ID activated by 1000 BV
will have 3000BV Pair capping in both closing cycles.
- It is mandatory to purchase in every month from Super
Achievers (Promoter) & above leaders according to company terms: SUPER
ACHIEVER’S(PROMOTER) – 30 BV, SILVER – 60 BV, GOLD – 90 BV, PLATINIUM –
150 BV, PEARL – 300 BV, TOPAZ – 500 BV, EMERALD – 700 BV, RUBY – 1000 BV,
DIAMOND – 1500 BV, DOUBLE DIAMOND – 2000 BV, TRIPLE DIAMOND – 2500 BV,
ROYAL DIAMOND – 3000 BV, CROWN – 3500 BV, PRESIDENT – 4000 BV &
CROWN PRESIDENT – 5000 BV
- It is mandatory for receiving additional 20% discount
on company prescribes price, the minimum 1000 BV User ID activation
required
- Any
dispute will be subject to Bilaspur Chhattisgarh jurisdiction.
- The company may modify the terms and conditions as
required, with other terms governed by the company policy.
